Our facilities include our corporate campus at 3900 Cokes Lane and our Mineral Resource Area at 5701 Centerville Road. The Cokes Lane campus features a modern office building with conference room, a personnel building with employee training areas, an equipment maintenance shop, warehouses for storage of environmental, water and sanitary sewer materials, and a cement treated aggregate plant. Our railroad siding at this location provides direct access to CSX railroad. This siding enables Jack L. Massie Contractor, Inc. to supply a wide variety of stone products to customers. The Mineral Resource Area allows Jack Massie L. Contractor, Inc. to supply sand, clay fill materials, and topsoil to our customers. Jack L. Massie Contractor, Inc. is permitted to dispose of inert materials at this site. This facility is regulated by the Virginia Department of Mines and our operators are certified according to its standards.
